DeRonica Horn, Founder and Lead Event Consultant of Lasting eMpressions, LLC, is a Houston native and accomplished event producer with over 18 years of experience. A University of Houston alumna and Cornell Marketing graduate, she is recognized as one of the leading women in the event management industry. Self-taught in hospitality and event production, DeRonica has designed and executed events ranging from private social gatherings to large-scale corporate, nonprofit, and collegiate productions. Her distinguished portfolio includes Grammy Award–winning artists, Hollywood elites, political figures, and high-profile corporate clients such as CBS, CBS Sports, Paramount, PepsiCo, Rice University, Wells Fargo, the Houston Astros, and the NFL. She has been honored with numerous accolades, including Congressional recognition, SBA Lone Star College Business of the Year, and the Houston Business Journal’s “Women Who Mean Business” award. Deeply committed to philanthropy, DeRonica actively supports causes through partnerships with organizations like the Astros Foundation, Autism Speaks, the Houston Food Bank, and Discovery Green.
